HVAC Service Technician - Entry Level

$18.00 - $23.00/hour Depending on Experience | Paid Training | Career Growth

What You'll Do

• Assist with residential HVAC service, maintenance, and installation work
• Perform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems
• Troubleshoot basic HVAC issues alongside senior technicians
• Safely operate power tools, hand tools, ladders, and equipment
• Deliver professional, friendly customer service in customers' homes
• Participate in training programs and continue developing technical skills

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 6 months of HVAC experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working from extension and step ladders
• Willingness to invest in tools and continued HVAC education
• Commitment to developing strong customer service skills
• Ability to obtain EPA certification within 3 months
