Requirements - 1–3 years of eDiscovery project management experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent eDiscovery projects successfully from initial engagement through completion. - Strong understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and its application to project delivery. - Practical knowledge of data management, analytics, processing, hosting, and eDiscovery best practices. - Familiarity with data privacy requirements and regulatory frameworks such as FRCP and GDPR. - Hands-on experience with eDiscovery tools and platforms. - Strong client relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust through reliable delivery and effective communication. - Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, encourage open communication, and resolve challenges in a constructive, solution-oriented manner. - Strong autonomy, decision-making, problem-solving, and solution-development skills. - Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. - Technical aptitude combined with an understanding of project financial considerations. - University degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
