Role Description The Infant Teacher role at Playto Childcare is a full-time, on-site position based in Brooklyn, NY. The Infant Teacher is responsible for providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care to infants, including feeding, diapering, and maintaining safe, clean classroom environments. This role includes planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that support early learning, sensory exploration, and social-emotional development. The Infant Teacher observes and documents developmental milestones, communicates daily with families about children’s routines and progress, and collaborates with colleagues to maintain consistent classroom practices.
