Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Staff Up is hiring a dependable General Labor / Packager to join a manufacturing and production team. This position is responsible for safely and accurately preparing products for shipment while following established production, packaging, and safety procedures.

Job Duties:

• Operate packaging and production equipment after training
• Fill, seal, label, and package products accurately
• Assist with extruding stick material and operating production equipment
• Inspect products, containers, labels, and finished goods for quality and accuracy
• Sort, organize, stage, and store finished products
• Complete production, inventory, quality, and safety records
• Load materials and equipment using safe handling practices
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and required PPE
• Report equipment issues, quality concerns, spills, or unsafe conditions
• Perform general warehouse, production, packaging, and housekeeping duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Manufacturing, packaging, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred but not required
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
• Able to work independently with limited supervision
• Must take safety, quality, and accuracy seriously
• Basic counting and measurement skills
• Must be able to work as part of a team
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required
• High school diploma/GED preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to repeatedly handle approximately 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
