Sierra Select is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support to company leadership. This remote position is ideal for someone who can manage multiple priorities, communicate professionally, and maintain confidentiality while working independently.

The Executive Assistant will assist with scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, meeting coordination, research, and day-to-day administrative tasks that help leadership operate efficiently.

Responsibilities

* Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and schedules. * Coordinate virtual meetings, calls, and internal appointments. * Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence. * Monitor and respond to emails and routine communications as directed. * Assist with meeting preparation, agendas, notes, and follow-up tasks. * Maintain organized digital files and records. * Conduct research and prepare summaries or reports when requested. * Coordinate communication between leadership, employees, customers, vendors, and business partners. * Track assignments, deadlines, follow-ups, and important action items. * Assist with travel planning, scheduling, and other administrative arrangements as needed. * Support leadership with special projects and administrative initiatives. * Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. * Help ensure important tasks and communications are completed on schedule. * Perform general administrative duties to support the leadership team.
